I am skilled and actively practice a large amount of unique skills in the backgrounds of art: nails, paintings, custom epoxy small to large, home decor; domestic assistance: organization, keto meal preparation, keto lifestyle coaching, shopping, basic home help; real estate: Pre-listing/ post-closing detailed deep clean, minor patch and paint, minor repairs, simple upgrades of space, acquisition of furniture and staging properties for airbnb, furnished rental space, energy clearing and setting of space; Energetic clearing, cleansing, guidance and listing to facilitate growth in a new way; and a few more things.
